Safety and Emergency

Crime Statistics

Trocaire College is committed to assisting all members of our community in providing for their own safety and security. In accordance with the Clery Act, the College must publish an Annual Security Report every year by October 1st that covers information from the previous year. The Trocaire College Annual Security Report is emailed to the College community.

The Annual Security Report contains information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as: crime prevention, fire safety, crime reporting policies, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking; the procedures the College will follow when one of these crimes is reported, disciplinary procedures and other matters of importance related to security and safety on campus. The Campus Security Report also contains information about crime statistics for the three previous calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Trocaire College; and on any public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.

Crime statistics are also available by visiting the US Department of Education Campus Safety and Security.

Drug and Alcohol Information and Prevention Report

Trocaire College recognizes that substance abuse is a major health problem throughout the United States and thus, is committed to establishing a drug-free environment. Henceforth, and in accordance with the Drug-Free and Communities Act Amendments of 1989 (Public Law 101-226) & HEOA Sec. 120 (a) (2) (B)-(C).

Title IX | Enough is Enough | Non-Discrimination Resources

Trocaire College is dedicated in creating and maintaining a working and learning environment which is free of discrimination and intimidation. All complaints of discrimination and harassment will be thoroughly investigated to determine whether the totality of the alleged behavior and circumstances may constitute harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, sexual assault or sexual violence or a form of misconduct.
